Standard Edition
With a full-featured service portal, Web-based service desk, collaborative solutions management and integrated community capabilities, Standard edition is ideal for ad supported deployments such as internal-facing Help Desks. Standard edition enables anytime / anywhere self service access to solutions and community forums, and it supports email and Web-based service request submission. This includes Helpstream’s innovative Interactive Checklist technology that provides step-by-step self service instructions and the ability to instantly transition from self service mode to assisted mode and back again.
Professional Edition
Professional edition provides the same capabilities as Standard edition, but it enables additional control over the end user experience via ad removal and the ability to customize the customer service portal interface. Companies can modify the service portal user interface to reflect the color scheme of their website and add their logo. Extended Support is also included. As a result, it’s a great starting point for customer-facing deployments.
Corporate Edition
Corporate edition provides the same capabilities as Professional edition, but it further enhances the two-way email communication capabilities found in both the Standard and Professional editions. Companies can create customized email templates to highly automate email-driven service request resolution processes. In addition, an Outlook plug-in allows service reps to create service request tickets from within Outlook. By leveraging Helpstream’s email automation capabilities, companies can take full advantage of customer familiarity with email-based communication. This makes Corporate edition ideal for medium volume service organizations.
Enterprise Edition
Enterprise edition provides an elite class of capabilities on top of the already powerful Corporate edition foundation. Enterprise edition customers can take advantage of iframe integration to tightly integrate the customer service portal with their existing website. Enterprise edition also provides advanced security for information sensitive service organizations. Support for Single Sign On (SSO) and high volume bulk operations is also included. Premium Support—the highest support offering available, is included with Enterprise edition. Enterprise edition is ideal for medium to large volume service organizations and for companies needing tight integration of the customer service portal with their Web site.

Support Overview
Helpstream comes with three different levels of pre-packaged support. User of all editions have 24 / 7 x 365 access to discussion forums and solution articles through our complementary Community Support Portal. In addition, Helpstream provides assisted support to Professional and Corporate edition users via service request submission via email or through our Support Portal. Enterprise edition users receive our highest level of service including live phone access to our support professionals and an unlimited number of service requests. |
