Helpstream, Inc. (“Helpstream”) recognizes that your privacy and the protection of your personal information is important to you and is committed to protecting your privacy. What information is collected by Helpstream:
You may use our Site anonymously and we will not collect any personally identifiable information about you. We do accumulate information about page viewing for each web session, but such information does not include personally identifiable information. Helpstream strictly protects the security of the personal information you provide. Helpstream may disclose Company Data in aggregated form to its business partners, but none of that information will be personally identifiable.
Helpstream may also disclose aggregated Company Data to the public marketplace to help Helpstream identify broad trends and utilization statistics. Again, none of such information will disclose any information about individuals. We do not link aggregate Company Data with personally identifiable information.

Sale of assets:
In the unlikely event that Helpstream or substantially all of its assets are acquired, customer information will of course be one of the transferred assets.
